Gentle guidance for individuals and families navigating serious illness and the final days of life.

In-person 5-session package: $375
Family Caregiver Support
Non-medical respite and elder care support for family caregivers who need practical help and a steady presence.
$100 for a 4 hour block
*8 hours per visit max
Legacy Projects
Meaningful keepsakes created with care and intention.
Examples include:
Letters
Voice or video recordings
Memory projects

Small project: $100
Large project: $300
Some supplies and equipment are included.
Active Dying Support (Vigil & Family Coaching)
Calm, non-medical guidance and support during the final hours and days of life.
Vigil support provided in up to 10-hour blocks
A minimum of 10 hours rest between shift
$60 per hour
After-Death Support
Support for families in the immediate hours following death.
$60 per hour

**Virtual sessions (FaceTime/Zoom) help with cost and may be a good option for families at a distance.
